Quince & Ginger

An old favourite with a spirited finish.

Quince brings its distinctive fragrance; ginger adds a warming lift. Together they make a jam that feels rooted in tradition and open to something new. A lovely jar to choose when you want to step beyond the familiar.

Make a little moment of it: Spread on toast with cream cheese, stir into Greek yoghurt or serve alongside a firm, aged cheese. Try a spoonful with a simple butter cake.

Ingredients: Quinces, ginger and sugar.
